The office of employee performance (oep) continues its commitment to the vision of having an evaluation system that empowers all staff to implement practices that ensure that prince georges county public schools (pgcps) students are college and career ready in a globally competitive world. Continuing professional development (cpd) experiences provide opportunities for maryland educators to earn credits necessary for obtainment and/or renewal of maryland state department of education certification. In pgcps, credits may also count towards salary advancements.
