Given that scryfall updates first, even before gatherer, i am pretty sure they update their own database on their own. Gatherer is the official database, but to be honest it's pretty dated. I've written a programme to go through the scryfall bulk data feed and extract various statistics. I'm currently updating the page after every set release. Returns a list of all bulk data items on scryfall.
