Bilbili if you know how to navigate your way through a chinese site. It's less popular there and harder to find, but there are some good ones. Bespisdb, pixiv, illusioncards and the koikatsu discord channel personally i like to use bespisdb and pixiv. There are also patreon creators out there who make nothing but character cards.

One patreon user im subscribed to is kaoskatsu. They have a large collection of character cards and in my opinion, they look pretty good. This website currently supports koikatsu, emotioncreators, koikatsu sunshine, ai shoujo, honeyselect, honeyselect2, artificial academy 2 and com3d2, so do check it out.
