I like to make unique boyo cards. Character cards are pngs, which this image is not. You can find most of them on pixiv, or on the illusioncards site which has less high quality cards but is easier to browse. Though if you choose pixiv, make sure the card you want is labeled character release (koikatsu).

Bespisdb, pixiv, illusioncards and the koikatsu discord channel personally i like to use bespisdb and pixiv. There are also patreon creators out there who make nothing but character cards. One patreon user im subscribed to is kaoskatsu. They have a large collection of character cards and in my opinion, they look pretty good. Currently importing card dumps from illusion database and discord server channels.
