If i'm checking dice rooms, i'm pretty much exclusively looking for a 5 room. 5 is always helpful unless you're trying to play fast (in which case you're probably not checking dice rooms), vs all the others being either highly situational or just straight up bad. This can be used to quickly gain progress tied to the number of mom's heart kills.
