As a lot of people said, ranger with conquerer's periapts and blast arrows is by far the most powerful build. Without relying on buffs or consumables however, my vote goes to strider. As much as it pains me to say, there really is no perfect build. Honestly can be any yellow vocation.

Depends on what you prefer. Personally i think ranger is the best, 10 fold and blast arrows destroys pretty much everything. Strider pawn with brain.
