I have done a ton of research on forums and can come find issues with the leak detection pump which i have replaced and maybe the vapor canister which i have not replaced. The entire fuel system except tank was replaced including high pressure fuel pump (hpfp), fuel lines, fuel filter, common rail, fuel injectors.

Repair was covered by audi. If it hasn't been done on yours, this could be the cause. Thank you so much. I did just research the recalls and saw that. I never received any recall notifications from audi.
